General conditions

• The prices are quoted without the tourist tax, its amount comes to 2,00 € per person per day (except children under 14 years) and has to be paid on the spot (subject to change).
• Environmental contribution of 1,00 € per person per night, from 14 years (not included in the price)
• Payment Terms: For a longer stay, we also accept Mastercard or ATM.
• Please sort your refuse before disposing of it in the marked containers. We do not accept bulky waste.
• Water is a highly precious commodity. Please use it sparingly and make sure your children do too.
• We place great emphasis on order and cleanliness and we carry out inspections of all amenities. Please leave the sanitary facilities in spotless condition. Children up to 6 years of age must for safety reasons be accompanied by an adult when using the sanitary or toilet facilities.
• Dogs are welcome at our campsite (€ 4,00 per day without food), provided they are kept on a leash. Furthermore, their needs must be properly disposed of.

Cancellation conditions

The right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumers' Code (notification pursuant to Part III, Section III, Paragraph I of Italian Legislative Decree no. 206/2005, Consumers' Code) is not contemplated – however, we are willing to apply the following conditions for withdrawal:

• More than 1 month before setting of: no cancellation fee
• 30 days til 15 days before setting off: 40% of the amount of the booking
• 14 days til 8 days before setting off: 60% of the amount of the booking
• from 7 days on before setting off: 70% of the amount of the booking
